-Possess good communication skills to effectively interact with different stakeholders and convey technical information clearly -Knowledge in relevant field such as engineering and urban and transportation planning -Able to understand technical documents, including mechanical/electrical drawings, test reports, technical standards, etc. -Candidates with relevant experience in AV, automobile related field will be an advantage, especially with prior working experience in technology project development -Interest and basic knowledge in AV, motor vehicle regulations and standards -Strong writing and presentation skills, with an eye for details
