Tasks

-Ensure efficient inventory management and minimize working capital. -Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategic planning. -Monitor and control cost accounting processes to ensure accurate product costing. -Develop and manage financial strategies aligned with business objectives. -Manage banking relationships, loans, and financial instruments. -Conduct financial analysis to improve cost efficiency and profitability. -Ensure adherence to tax regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards. -Prepare and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. -Analyze production costs, variances, and cost-saving opportunities. -Present financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders. -Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing processes. -Assess financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies. -Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS. -Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals. -Oversee cash flow management, ensuring liquidity for operations. -Collaborate with production teams to optimize operational costs. -Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and sales. -Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

What You Bring

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our manufacturing setup. The Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, cost analysis, compliance, and strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and financial reporting. -Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial modeling. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus). -Advanced skills in Excel, financial analysis tools, and reporting software -Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA is preferred. -Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP). -Minimum 5-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
