Lead internal audits, SOX compliance, and mentor staff across company locations.

Tasks
-Help train, mentor, and develop internal audit staff by leading multi-person engagements, reviewing work, and providing timely feedback. -Participate in the planning, execution, and wrap up of financial, operational and compliance audits of Company locations and processes, while displaying strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, lead staff, maintain well organized work papers, and meet established deadlines. -Take a leading role in managing the Company’s Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Compliance program to ensure compliance. This includes performance of SOX testing, reviewing the work of staff, and interacting with the external auditors. -Prepare well written audit reports and communicate audit results (both verbally and written) in a clear and concise manner to all stakeholders, and agree upon value added action plans to address issues.

What You Bring
-Foreign language proficiency (Spanish, German, French, Mandarin) is a plus -Ability to travel 15-20% -Responsible and self-motivated with strong work ethic -Excellent problem solving, research and analytical skills -CPA or CIA (or candidate) is preferred -Experience working with SAP -5+ years of related work experience (Internal / External audit, SOX control testing and accounting) -Effective communication and organization skills -Bachelor's degree in Accounting
