Tasks

-Utilizes test tool platforms to validate and troubleshoot integrated IP Video components. -Performs agile QA on technology components provided by OpenEye and external engineering teams. -Evaluates IP camera firmware, including all associated functions and integration points with OpenEye software platforms. -Evaluates system performance, throughput and reliability of products. -Reproduces and troubleshoots escalated hardware & software issues reported in the field or by internal teams.

What You Bring

-Minimum 2 years of related experience or a related Information Technology degree -Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Linux Operating Systems and their various technology stacks. -Ex: Postman, VLC, Wireshark, ONVIF test tools, browser debug mode -Experience in system performance analysis, understanding of network bandwidth, CPU utilization, storage throughput, etc. -Familiarity with bug reporting and issue tracking platforms (Jira preferred).
