Tasks

As-Built Drawings Preparation This Position exists to perform Preparation of base and details design drawings activities efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments. Tender Drawings Creation Preparation of Detailed Drawings -Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services. -Review and refine assembly designs based on feedback from production teams to optimize manufacturability and assembly efficiency. -Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. -Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. -Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. -Ensure that as-built documentation is accurate and reflects the final product for future reference and compliance. -Prepare tender drawings according to customer specifications, ensuring clarity and completeness to support the bidding process. -Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. -Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. -Create precise and comprehensive drawings for all mechanical parts using CAD software, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. -Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. -Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. -Collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements and understand design intent, ensuring all aspects are accurately represented in the drawings. -Work closely with project managers and sales teams to understand client requirements and incorporate them into the tender documentation. -Develop detailed assembly layouts for complete product parts, ensuring all components fit together correctly and are suitable for the manufacturing stage. -Create as-built drawings for manufactured products, documenting any changes made during the manufacturing process.
