What You Bring

-2-3 years of overseeing and managing a project team -EIT Certification -Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 6 years of relevant high voltage substation design (physical) experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. -Experience with use of AutoCAD and/or Bentley MicroStation -Professional engineer license (PE) -Proficiency in assessing mechanical forces and thermal effects of high fault currents on rigid bus -Superior Verbal & Written Communications -Good knowledge of the industry and technology trends specific to substations. -Experience with proposal writing and project estimating -Experience with use of CDEGS, WinIGS -Strong familiarity with the NEC and National Electrical Safety Code -Knowledge of construction practices and constructability -Working knowledge of scheduling and project controls processes -Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and assignments.
