Tasks

-Providing training and coaching to staff including individual and team training and development programs and mentoring staff in technical best practices. -Oversee the Transmission Jira application -Provide leadership, direction and supervision to staff

What You Bring

-Understanding of Transmission systems or utility operations -A collaborative, problem solving mindset focused on improving user experience and system effectiveness. -Knowledge of LCRA's system architecture, asset management and financial applications. -Advanced Microsoft Power Platform skills (Power BI, DAX, Power Automate & Power Apps) -Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple workstreams, balancing quick wins with longer term-initiatives. -Nine or more years of experience in information technology, or other relevant experience. -Advanced SQL skills (MS SQL and Oracle SQL) -Skilled in communicating with both technical and business users to gather requirements and explain solutions. -A degree(s) in computer science, information technology or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience. -Advanced Meridian or Autodesk knowledge -Advanced functional Maximo knowledge -Proficiency with running Oracle and SQL queries to analyze data -Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform (BI, Apps, Automate) -Advanced Active Directory and Microsoft Azure experience -Familiarity with Jira, PeopleSoft, HTML, and TOAD Data Point
