The Role

Overview

Coordinate reinforcement and LV Unlooping programmes, manage trackers, stakeholders, safety.

Tasks

-Provide interface with internal stakeholders to assist in the delivery of projects. -Day to day co-ordination of programme trackers. -Assist to ensure that all projects are delivered within timescales. -Develop customer service skills. -Attendance at monthly team meetings. -Deliver excellent customer service to all aspects of our operation and actively promote customer service standards within area of responsibility -To assist in the collation and reporting of Scheme progress -Develop working knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation. -Co-ordination of field staff/material requirements etc. -To work within the Secondary Reinforcement team facilitating and co-ordinating all aspects of the Reinforcement and LV Unlooping programmes. -Comply with site and workplace audits.

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices -Previous experience in a relevant area -Ability to proactively build knowledge -Ability to devise solutions to complex problems/ challenges -Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices. -An effective and confident written and verbal communicator -Contract management skills and general commercial & regulatory awareness. -Working knowledge of SPEN Project building and financial systems (PPM and PM) -Awareness of network development policies and procedures. -Confidence to work unsupervised -Developed negotiation, communication and people management skills. -Proactively build knowledge of network and the network management systems. -Required standard of safety, quality and environmental management met. -Working knowledge of Energy Networks IT systems. -Computer literacy – e.g. Microsoft Office suite -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems including PowerBi.
