Overview
Manage and grow accounts, generate new sales in equipment hire sector.

Tasks
-Prepare quotes for hire & support tender submissions -Conduct regular cold calling throughout assigned territory, increasing awareness of Onsite’s product range & establishing yourself as the lead point of contact -Build & strengthen relationships with existing & potential customers, attending customer events, trade shows & conferences -Identify and convert new sales opportunities aligned with business sales plans -Communicate effectively with branch team to support sales activity & ensure exceptional customer service is delivered -Manage & grow the existing customer base -Maintain accurate client data in CRM system

What You Bring
-Sales experience in hire/capital equipment/industrial or related industry -Ability & willingness to cold call, in person & by phone -Resilience & the ability to overcome obstacles & find solutions -Record of success in attracting & retaining new business -Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution & relationship building skills -Capacity to work safely & autonomously in the field
