Reinstatement Manager NEWFULL TIME

Tasks

-Ensure Operatives adhere to the Working Time Directive -Dealing with variations and valuations (submission and settlement) -Ensure Plant is allocated correctly -Handling customer care issues. -Monitoring overall project/contract performance. -Developing good working relationships and close liaison with clients, project team members and all interested parties, -Manage & Ensure Drivers Hours are not exceeded -Managing human resources issues -Be proactive to ensure all KPI targets are both achieved & maintained. -Controlling overtime, petty cash and wages payments -Undertake Plant audits -Assist in the preparation of information required for internal reporting. -Ensure all information submissions are of a high standard (job cards, Ontrack etc). -Managing teams of Operatives -Carrying out pre, current and post contract management. -Ensure that full compliance with legislation and specifications is achieved. -Contribute to the effective management of Operatives & Contractors. -Maintaining a standard of high quality work. -Managing health, safety, quality and environmental issues in line with S.P.E.C -Recommending staff training and development.
