Tasks

-Support the BD team in organizing and maintaining SharePoint documentation for improved efficiency and accessibility. -Assist with databases and other reporting tools to compile, calculate, track, and report data pertaining to various processes. -Assist in compiling and organizing testimony and regulatory documentation related to acquisitions. -Conduct research and prepare reports to support a wide variety of items including acquisition evaluations and strategic planning. -Help develop and maintain a public-facing database of affirmative acquisition references to support future growth initiatives.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 2 years of completed coursework. -Independent Worker: Ability to manage time across multiple projects and deadlines. -Collaborative: Willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams. -Enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field. -Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage documentation and support project workflows. -Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and database tools. -Ability to pass a background check. -Analytical Skills: Effective problem solving and ability to conduct research, analyze data, and present findings clearly. -Communication: Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excels in both verbal and written communication skills. -Valid Driver’s License.
