Tasks

-Supervise and coordinate a small team of HealthHub drivers, ensuring efficient and safe transport of patients, staff, and materials -Provide coaching and support to drivers, fostering teamwork and time management -Monitor fuel consumption, trip logs, and ensure all documentation (trip sheets, fuel receipts, delivery orders, incident reports) is accurately maintained and submitted on time -Oversee daily vehicle inspections, trip planning, and adherence to company policies and SOPs -Opportunity to Lead – Supervise and develop a dedicated team of drivers -Liaise with the Operations Manager and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations -Check loading and unloading of vehicles as required, ensuring proof of delivery is obtained for every trip -Strong Support Network – Work closely with operations, clinical, and administrative teams -Maintain a 100% damage-free record and report all incidents promptly -Uphold Al-Futtaim Health’s standards of service, safety, and professionalism

What You Bring

-Matriculation (high school) or equivalent required -UAE Code 3 driving license (critical requirement) -Strong knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures -Minimum 2 years’ experience in transport/logistics, with supervisory or team lead experience preferred -Confident in managing documentation and compliance with company policies -Personally drive light duty trucks or light vehicles (requiring a Code 3 UAE driving license) to various locations throughout the UAE -Excellent teamwork, time management, and communication skills
