The Role

Overview

Support and maintain IT infrastructure for multifamily leasing offices in Houston.

Tasks

-Coordinate with property and corporate staff to ensure minimal downtime during installations or upgrades. -Set up and support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). -Provide training on-site staff on basic computer and software use. -Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues remotely and on-site. -Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation of all installations and service requests. -Provide end-user support for approximately 150 end users. -Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and related equipment at leasing offices. -Occasional on-site visits and travel between properties within the Houston area. -Assist with basic network setup and troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, routers, switches). -Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Microsoft 365.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, and Windows operating systems. -Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. -High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree or IT certifications preferred). -Travel between Houston area properties as needed. -Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel. -Experience setting up computers, printers, and basic network devices. -2+ years of experience in IT support, field service, or a related role. -Excellent communication and customer service abilities. -Candidates must live in the Houston area and be available to work onsite. This is not a remote position. -Experience with Microsoft Intune is preferred but not required.
