Utility Lead

Overview

Cross‑functional utility lead handling tooling, blending, grinding, QA and lead operator duties.

Tasks

-Maintain Ink Jet printers and select proper prints -Support daily production process improvements -Perform Blending/Grinding or QA Technician duties as needed -Complete Production Pre-Start Checklists and start up lines efficiently to produce quality product -Perform duties of a day or night shift Lead Operator as needed -Ensure tooling is stored correctly and work areas are organized -Provide coverage and breaks for line operators -Select proper silo and material for product runs -Support Maintenance with minor equipment repairs -Make heat adjustments on extruders to maintain quality standards -Promote safe work practices, positive attitude, and company goals -Assist Tool and Die with changeovers and line start-ups -Assist with onboarding and training of new hires in Production

What You Bring

-Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude -High School Diploma/GED preferred -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision -Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent training (Fundamentals of PLCs, Programming Controllers, Troubleshooting and Repair of PLCs) preferred, with 3+ years of practical electronics experience -Must be qualified at the A Operator level
