Tasks

-Building Enclosure Commissioning Consulting -Managing budgets and prepare invoices -Conduct reviews, coaching, and training as needed -Building Enclosure Testing -Inspections of Building Enclosures -Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services -Maintaining appropriate staffing levels -Mentoring other staff -Preparing reports and proposals -Overseeing field work and report preparation -Building Enclosure Assessments -Management of projects including but not limited to: -Maintaining and develop a client database -Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE

What You Bring

-Licensed or certified as at least one of the following preferred: -Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP, University of Wisconsin‐Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE -6+ years of relevant professional experience -BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred -Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
