-Updating off plan project details and marketing materials. -Helping with basic video filming and editing for social content (with support from specialists). -Making sure all marketing content looks professional and stays on brand. -Coordinating property marketing activities and social media posts. -Preparing documents and assisting with sales paperwork. -Liaising with the external marketing agency for scheduling, content, and approvals. -Managing calendars, bookings, and daily task lists.

You love social media, enjoy bringing ideas to life, and don't mind rolling up your sleeves to make things happen. -Certification in marketing, communications, business, or similar. -Great English communication and writing skills. -Some experience (or strong interest) in social media, filming, or editing. -Confidence using Microsoft Office and basic digital tools. -(Bonus) Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other simple editing apps.
