Overview
Design, specify, install, maintain, and optimize instrumentation & control systems for industry.

Tasks
-o Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair instrumentation and control systems. -o Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessments. -o Ensure all instruments meet required accuracy, safety, and compliance standards. -o Participate in project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling of instrumentation activities. -o Prepare datasheets, material requisitions, and technical bid evaluations. -o Support configuration, testing, and optimization of PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems. -o Maintain and update control logic, instrument loops, and interlocks as per process requirements. -o Recommend and implement improvements to instrumentation systems for better reliability and efficiency. -o Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, process, etc.) during project execution. -o Develop and implement calibration procedures and schedules for field instruments. -o Select appropriate instruments, sensors, transmitters, and control systems for process applications. -o Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures. -o Develop and review instrumentation and control system designs, drawings, and specifications. -o Ensure all instrumentation work complies with industry standards (ISA, IEC, API, etc.). -o Support construction and commissioning of instrumentation systems. -o Stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices.

What You Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. Experience: Typically 10-15 yrs of experience in instrumentation design, installation, or maintenance (depending on job level). Immediate Joiner will be preferred. -o Attention to detail and safety awareness -o Understanding of hazardous area classifications and intrinsically safe systems -o Familiarity with P&IDs, loop diagrams, and control narratives -o Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities -o Good communication and teamwork skills -o Strong knowledge of process instrumentation (flow, pressure, level, temperature, etc.) -o Experience with PLC, DCS, SCADA systems, and fieldbus communication (HART, Modbus, Profibus)
