Tasks

-Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule. -Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently. -Produce quality custom closets, garages, and home organizing systems. -Assist in cabinet, drawer, and product assembly. -Follow established quality and safety standards. -Read and follow technical drawings and cut lists for daily jobs. -Perform quality control checks on finished products.

What You Bring

-Experience in woodworking, cabinet making, or related manufacturing fields (32mm systems) a plus. -Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques. -Be a Problem Solver -Quality conscious, honest, and dependable. -CNC operating experience a plus (Note: this is an operator position, not a programming role). -Familiarity with woodworking equipment and hand tools. -Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. -Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
