Tasks

- Develop high-level and detailed technical designs for solutions that meet business requirements. - Ensure regulatory and security compliance for new and existing solutions. - Provide consultation and direction to delivery and operational teams on optimal architecture for respective solutions. - Ensure high-quality delivered solutions with limited risk that can be seamlessly integrated into operational support models. - Manage vendor relationships for service delivery and technology evaluation. - Collaborate cross-organizationally to influence alignment with enterprise architecture standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring the technical alignment and quality of multiple projects within the OT Group. The individual will be responsible for designing solutions that adhere to architectural standards and processes, leading the technical implementation from design through to deployment. This position requires a strong leader who can coordinate technical resources, manage project risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards while fostering innovation and continuous improvement. - Coordinate all technical aspects of solution implementation, including application, database, security, and infrastructure deployment. - Participate in the creation and renewal of overarching IT strategy and develop reference architecture standards. - Lead multi-year OT projects from an architectural standpoint, ensuring compliance with architectural and security standards.

What You Bring

- Strong architecture acumen across multiple domains (network, infrastructure, software, hosting models, mobile platforms, security). - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience (4 years of experience equivalent to the position). - 3+ years developing technical solutions with stacks such as MEAN, LAMP, or Microsoft .NET. - 3+ years SQL Server experience with RDMS such as Oracle or MSQL. - 3+ years architecting end-to-end technical enterprise solutions. - Excellent communication skills effective at varying organizational levels. - 10+ years of related functional experience. - Expert knowledge of the architecture governance process. - General knowledge of core aspects of enterprise architecture (software, hardware, network, integration, data). Open to Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN - 3+ years delivering enterprise technical solutions to meet business objectives. - 6+ years of work experience in a nationally or globally distributed organization. - Proven relationship management and collaboration skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
