Tasks

-Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction -Manage crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M - $25M -Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites -Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices -Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency -Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry

What You Bring

-Completed 2 or more projects from start-up to completion as a foreman, supervisor or field superintendent -Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license -Minimum 8 years experience managing high dollar projects and large commercial or industrial teams -Experience leading both large construction and data center projects -Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications -Minimum 2 years of prior supervisory experience -Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship -Experience utilizing prefabrication
