Senior Research Analyst

Maintain and enrich property, company, and transaction data in the research database.

Tasks

-Regularly monitor data quality dashboards to proactively monitor when inaccurate and incomplete data is entered into the system and quickly correct or escalate to the local Researcher -Correct in accurate location information within the database based on a strict geographic hierarchy -Acting as a mentor and Providing training and guidance when required to team members -Utilize in house company software, to capture industrial, and office data market data, including rent, space, leasing agents and sales following SOPs and strict geographical hierarchy -Monitor company names in the database and appropriately merge and enrich each record with additional data -Perform data entry of property, company and transaction information into the Research database -Actively participate in the development of best practices, training materials, operations manual charters, standardized tools. -Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required -Coordinate with Research team leadership on data quality to increase completeness and quality of the data -Analyses results of training courses and redesigns courses as needed -Approaching the client and the deliverable with a best in class service provider attitude. -Quality check - Review and validation of data to ensure accuracy. Ensure compliance of expected standards. Ensure documentation of quality check -Ensure the required productivity and efficiency as per business Requirement.

What You Bring

-Experience in CRE preferred -Develop workable solutions and strategies. Able to provide solutions and strategies for client needs and concerns -English language proficiency and effective communication skills -Persistent in efforts, Practice care and caution in job at hand -Ownership mindset toward quality control and error management -Strong attention to detail and good organizational, interpersonal skills required -Clear communication abilities and willingness to seek clarification on unfamiliar topics -Capability to share concrete examples and demonstrate systematic accuracy methods -Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; -CRE experienced will be preferred -Graduation (B.A., BBA, B.Com) with equivalent work experience in Research/operations related profile -Should be able to deal with day to day stress and effectively manage self and other emotions -A minimum of 2-3 year’ industry experience required either in the corporate environment, Stronger communication, analytical, technical and data skills compared to normal. -Strong reasoning skills and practical judgment
