Overview
Conduct ecological risk assessments for oil & gas wetlands, lead teams.

Tasks
-Communicate daily with clients, regulatory agents, and subcontractors. -Work collaboratively with other senior level staff to achieve client goals. -Write, manage, and produce ecological risk assessments. -Manage, direct, and train junior environmental staff. -Provide support in ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. -Work within quality/budget/schedule expectations and scope-specific assignments. -Design and implement biological field investigations. -Write expert reports, design field investigation plans, write technical papers for clients, conduct large scale ecological risk assessments. -Research toxicities and physical/chemical properties of oil and gas constituents and develop and implement site specific risk assessment methods.

What You Bring
-Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in toxicology, environmental toxicology, chemistry, ecology, or related life science discipline. -Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area. -Ability to succeed in consulting by working efficiently, handling multiple project assignments, maintaining flexibility, and meeting strict deadlines. -Strong commitment to safety, including following established Health and Safety protocols. -Experience testifying as an expert witness is preferred. -6-8 years (10+ years preferred) of relevant experience; consulting experience preferred. -Strong quantitative skills and experience managing and analyzing large datasets using MS EXCEL. -Excellent verbal, written, and personal communication skills.
