Develop and manage data center projects for renewable energy portfolio

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Coordination of preliminary project design -Creation and management of an overall project strategy -Support any asset sale agreements -Coordination of project environmental and wildlife studies -Coordination of the project interconnection process -Site acquisition including landowner negotiations -Project budget and cash flow projection, management and tracking -Creation and management of a project public relations plan -Remain apprised of and communicate with the team on relevant regulatory or legislative matters at the local or state level -Coordination of local, state, and federal permitting processes

What You Bring

-Microsoft Project or similar software experience preferred -4-year college degree required -Proven track record in project management and renewable energy and/or data center contract negotiations -Must be willing to travel 25%+ of time -3+ years development experience in the renewable energy and/or digital infrastructure industry required -Familiarity with PJM preferred -Knowledge of regional environmental and site permitting processes required; familiarity with air permitting a plus -Project management experience required -Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power-Point, etc. required -Leadership traits are key; must have the ability to successfully lead cross-functional and dynamic project teams
