Tasks

-Collaborate with banquet captains, event planners, and other staff members to ensure smooth execution of events. -Clean banquet rooms, hallways, and public areas, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests. -Break down banquet rooms and event spaces after events, removing linens, dishes, and decorations, and returning furniture to its original layout. -Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet storage areas, equipment, and supplies. -Provide support to banquet servers and bartenders by replenishing supplies, clearing tables, and assisting with service as directed. -Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. -Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware. -Assist with the transportation and setup of audiovisual equipment, stage platforms, and other event-related items as needed.
