Tasks
-Formulate strategic and operational objectives -Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way -Support Non-CAS assignments to ensure timely billing, follow up on Corp AR, etc. -Issue mitigation with Clients, Property Management and internal stakeholders -Planning and Organizing- establish course of action to accomplish goals and evaluates results, develops schedules and task/people assignments, can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish goals, uses resources effectively and efficiently -Find ways to increase quality of customer service -Support the disposition process of outgoing work, ensure they are effectively closed out -Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs -Recruit, train and supervise staff -Review P-Card Approvals Report and Distribute to Teams for Actioning -Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices -Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts for CAS -Support the onboarding of new work, support Controller with staffing of new work -Review Unapplied Cash Log and ensure items are being addressed timely -Distribute Monthly property transition surveys to property teams -Actively monitor corporate receivables, resolve outstanding issues -Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability

What You Bring
-Outstanding organizational skills -BS in Accounting, Operations Management or related field -Adaptability- maintains effectiveness in varying environments, tasks and responsibilities, or with various types of people -Leadership ability -Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management -Experience with Yardi, strong Excel knowledge -Familiarity with business and financial principles -Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role -Dealing with Ambiguity – can effectively cope with change, can shift gears comfortably, can decide and act without having the total picture, can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty -Excellent communication skills -Experience budgeting and forecasting
