What You Bring
-Previous successful experience providing staff leadership, communication, staff assignments, and developing staff capabilities -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite -this position will require up to 75% travel. -International work experience -Experience with technical writing, prepare and give presentations -Experience in budget preparation and financial accountability -Valid State Driver’s License with no major infractions -Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, and strong technical problem-solving skills -Bachelor’s Degree -Wastewater Operator License or ability to obtain within one year of employment -Ten (8) years of experience in operation and maintenance of water/wastewater treatment plant facilities; or 5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree. -Ability to travel up to 75% of the time -Extensive knowledge of methods to reduce operating costs of a treatment plant through efficiency in energy consumption, chemical addition, staffing strategies and solids disposal -Four (4) years of experience in a supervisory capacity -Water Process Database experience (HACHWims)
