Liaison with local and Federal Law Enforcement.
Oversee SOC. ( Security Operations Center ) and SOC Operators.
Oversee and be responsible for Armed and Unarmed Security Ambassadors. Schedule the Armed Security Ambassadors with the Security Manager, assist, and schedule the unarmed Ambassadors.
Conduct investigations utilizing CCTV when warranted and designated by the client.
Screen all incident reports prior to submitting to the client.
Work with the client's Director of Security and Assistant Director of Security.
