Overview
Supervise concrete plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient dispatch.

Tasks
-Monitor and maintain concrete quality in line with our internal quality scheme. -Carry out routine maintenance and ensure equipment is in good working order. -Communicate effectively with customers both face-to-face and over the phone. -Uphold high standards of housekeeping across the site. -Supervise contractors and hauliers to maintain a safe and efficient site. -Operate computer-based systems for batching and despatch of concrete. -Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act and Environmental Legislation.
