Perform maintenance and repairs across building systems, fixtures, and equipment.

Tasks

-Inspect fire safety systems for any potential issues to functioning -Maintain and/or replace integral fixtures such as door hardware, compactors, and trash chutes. -Perform general carpentry work as necessary -Perform general maintenance and cleaning in mechanical spaces and perimeter inductions units -Maintain and repair all kitchen equipment, excluding any equipment owned by tenants -Repair bathroom fixtures such as sinks, bathtubs and toilet as necessary -Maintain quality of paint in equipment rooms as well as other building facilities -Maintain and repair sanitary sewer systems such as sump pumps, basins, water closets, urinals and piping -Complete assigned “work orders”, including, but not limited to: moving of office-related furniture, equipment and supplies on an as-needed basis; requests for delivery of extra bottles of water for water coolers during the day; and cleaning the interiors of small office refrigerators and defrost periodically. Work orders will also include tasks related to function set-ups and take downs. -Perform general electrical work as necessary
