Tasks
-Review product releases and new features for documentation needs and testing impact. -Develop and maintain high-quality documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions, Protocols, Deviations, Validations, and other internal process documentation. -Help ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in both documentation and QA procedures. -Ensure all documentation reflects the most up-to-date product behavior, functionality, and release cycles. -Participate in QA activities such as test case review, manual testing, and validating documentation against product functionality. -Contribute to continuous improvement of QA and documentation processes, tools, and templates. -Create and maintain test documentation (test plans, test cases, test scripts) as needed. -Collaborate with engineering, QA, and sales to gather technical information and translate it into user-friendly content.

What You Bring
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once. -Background in Quality Assurance or a related field. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Experience with SOPs, validation, and test cases. -Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a manufacturing environment. -Proficient with Microsoft Word. -Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, accessible content. -Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and clarity. -Familiarity with manufacturing processes. -Strong data management skills.
