Tasks
-Provide clear, professional communication with customers and estimators -Receive and record all incoming jobs according to company and program requirements -Review and verify claim accuracy prior to submission -Maintain the office calendar by scheduling mold inspections, estimates, and other appointments -Enter customer and claim information into job tracking systems -Monitor third-party program scoring and ensure compliance with service guidelines -Act as a liaison between project managers, insurance companies, third-party administrators, and customers -Answer phones, greet visitors, and perform general front-office and administrative duties -Maintain detailed logs and organized digital/physical claim files

What You Bring
-Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills -Previous office or administrative experience required (restoration or insurance industry preferred) -Must be willing to answer after-hours loss calls on a rotating schedule -High attention to detail and accuracy -Be willing to take incoming loss calls after regular business hours on a rotating schedule -Proficient with computers; experience using restoration software such as DASH, Mitigate, or Xactware is a plus -Must be able to pass a background screening (required every two years per program guidelines) -Ability to work independently and in a team environment -Must maintain an insurable driving record
