-Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc. -Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software -Ability to coach and train and apprentice -2+ years of residential HVAC installations -EPA Certification Required -Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
