Tasks

-Manage and train project engineers and assistant project estimators to ensure proper growth within the organization -Continuously develop and improve upon knowledge for all product lines, including drywall, acoustical, doors/frames/hardware (Div 8) and specialties (Div 10). -Interpret plans and specifications in order to prepare written proposals for bids and proposals -Maintain understanding of all local, city and state building codes in assigned locations

Degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting is preferred -Assistant Estimator with 2 years of experience or 5-7 years of experience overall -Possess knowledge of local material, labor and equipment costs -Demonstrated ability to produce in an high pressure environment
