Tasks
-Demonstrate Cresa’s proprietary technology to secure and advise clientele -Compose and negotiate RFPs, LOIs, and purchase / sale agreements -Perform various financial analyses -Source comps and maintain comp database -Attend industry events -Compose market surveys -Canvass southeast Michigan market for users of office, retail, and industrial real estate who would benefit from Cresa’s services.

What You Bring
-Excellent computer skills and comfortable with internet-based research -Effective communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills -Quickly grasp and understand Cresa’s niche market advantages and convey this differentiation in a compelling manner -5+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience with proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships -Strong work ethic and desire to work in a commission-based environment -Michigan real estate license -Valid driver’s license -Able to work independently and prioritize -Bachelor’s degree -Understand and stay current with market trends, tenant/buyer movement and deal points -Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
