Tasks

As a Design Studio Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our homeowners’ visions to life. Working within our award-winning Design Studio, you’ll guide clients through every step of the design process—from selecting finishes and fixtures to creating cohesive, personalized living spaces that reflect their lifestyle and taste. -Schedule and provide Decor Centre selection appointments with purchasers. -Provide Decor Centre preliminary tours and process education. -Create inventory unit files with documents, communications and correspondence history. -Meet and greet purchasers and Decor Centre visitors at reception. -Process all documents for purchaser upgrades and colour selections. -Pricing requests and purchase order processing. -Update tracking sheets and purchase order logs. -Create Purchaser files with documents, communications and correspondence history. -Help identify cost saving techniques and procedures for the Decor Centre. -Identify new products to expand selections and improve profit margins. -Respond to emails and phone calls at reception. -Maintain Decor Centre samples and selections presentation area, for condo styles and trends.

What You Bring

-MS Office suite skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook -Excellent organizational, filing, office and phone skills -Education in interior design or equivalent background -Bilingual skills are desirable (French/English) -Strong written and verbal communication skills -1-3 years experience in a New Home Decor Centre or equivalent background
