Overview
Inspect welded structures and perform NDT tests to ensure compliance with standards.

Tasks
-Operate and maintain a motor vehicle, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. -Study and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and manuals to understand project requirements. -Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to protect oneself and others in the work environment. -Partner with fabricators, engineers, and supervisors to ensure project quality and completion per -Conduct welding inspections at job sites in a timely fashion and submit accurate reports in accordance to the established standards (ASNT, ASTM, AWS, etc.) -Assist in developing and maintaining inspection procedures -Conduct NDT testing using one or more NDT methods, such as: -Communicate with dispatching and/or field supervisor, advising of current job status and locations as

What You Bring
-Moderate to loud noise levels, common in active construction and industrial environments. -Ability to stand, walk, drive, and operate equipment for extended periods. -Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) -Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) -Ability to lift and/or carry 35 to 75 lbs. up to 75 feet, involving regular repetitive motion. -Adaptability and flexibility to changing schedules and hours to support business needs. -Ability to speak and hear effectively to communicate in noisy environments and with project teams. -LicensedCertified Welding Inspector (CWI) -Minimum of 2-5 years of NDT experience -Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and basic computer literacy. -Ultrasonic Testing (UT) -Thermography Testing Level 2 -Strong understanding of material properties, defects, and testing standards. -Level 2 NDT certification with ASNT -Visual testing (VT) -This position requires moderate travel, approximately up to 40% of the time, in support of business objectives and client engagements. Travel may be both scheduled and on short notice, depending on project needs. Destinations typically include job sites, field locations, or regional offices, where work may be conducted in outdoor or operational environments. Adherence to all company safety protocols and use of PPE is required during travel and on-site work. -Exposure to environmental elements including dirt, dust, sun, heat, humidity, and adverse weather conditions. -High school diploma -Frequent use of hands and arms for typing, handling tools, and operating equipment. -Radiographic Testing (RT) -Ability to bend, twist, reach, stoop, pull, kneel, climb, balance, lift, carry, and push as required for fieldwork and inspections. -Strong time management, mathematics, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to use your senses to see (including close, distant, and peripheral vison, depth vision, and ability to focus) smell, hear, touch (use hands to reach climb or balance, crouch, stoop, crawl, kneel and sit). -Knowledge of various welding techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
