-Collaborate with project management and field teams to drive project success -Mentor and guide field staff and foremen -Lead construction operations for large ground-up commercial projects, including tilt-wall -Maintain daily reporting, inspections, and documentation -Manage subcontractors, schedule, quality control, and safety compliance

What You Bring

-5+ years as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects -Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills -Experience with tilt-wall construction strongly preferred -Strong knowledge of construction methods, site logistics, and safety standards -Willingness to travel regionally for project assignments
