Senior analyst providing FP&A, reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial guidance.

Tasks
-Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees. -Prepare month end and quarter end reporting deliverables along with insightful analysis into regional performance. -Partner with the leadership team to complete an annual five-year strategic plan considering current market conditions and key strategic decisions. -Perform complex levels of ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decision-making. -Support the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for the Americas, incorporating key performance metrics and market trends. -Develop executive-level reports and dashboards that highlight performance versus plan, financial KPIs, and variance analysis. -Collaborate with department heads to understand operational drivers, challenge assumptions, and provide strategic financial guidance. -Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities within existing processes to foster efficiency, collaboration and alignment on key performance drivers.

What You Bring
-Expert Excel skills including: VLOOKUP, SumIfs, pivot tables, ability to effectively manipulate and organize large amounts of data -5+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst role or similar. -BA/BS in Accounting or Finance -Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality -Superior organization skills, ability to multi-task and rearrange priorities as needed, monitor workflow in meeting critical deadlines and project timetables -Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with all levels and functions in the organization including senior leadership. -Advanced understanding of how financial decisions impact overall business performance with the ability to influence decision-making -Punctuality and dependability. -Self-motivated, problem solver, strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team environment. -Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods. -Expert understanding of financial frameworks and concepts with the ability to design/conduct complex financial analysis. -Ability to remain seated/standing at a desk or workstation for extended periods. -Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts. -Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers. -Advanced knowledge of HFM, ERP, Cognos/BI. -Demonstrated ability to lead small project teams with a process improvement mindset. -Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions. -Ability to physically move around the office and occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment. -Experience with large, multi-national, public corporations preferred -Ability to read documents and communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with management, coworkers, and third parties. -Adherence to Watts’ seven -cultural beliefs: Growth Mindset, Customer-Focused Innovation, Constant Communication, Clear Goals, Collaborate Globally, Be Inclusive, and Take Action. -Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial/logistics setting is required.
