The Role

Assist with EPC project cost control, data entry, forecasting, and reporting.

Tasks

-Prepare and review Executive Cost Reports with PMs and Project Controls leadership. -Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and reporting deadlines. -Enter and reconcile material receipts in JDE, uploading BOLs and supporting documents. -Verify billings, retention, taxes, and lien waivers for AP accuracy and compliance. -Coordinate with Expediting and Project Teams to ensure accurate receiving documentation. -Submit monthly cost and billing forecasts on schedule. -File receipts in Procore and match POs or budget codes to AP invoices. -Post costs, quantities, and forecasts in EcoSys; update ETC/EAC as required.

What You Bring

-Experience: 0-1+ years in cost control, project accounting, or financial analysis is a plus. Experience with JDE, EcoSys, or Procore is highly desirable. -Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
