Responsible for managing and delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Supports the Project Manager in planning, coordination, cost control, and team management. -Plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish. -Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. -Monitor project progress and solve issues quickly. -Manage project budgets, costs, and materials. -Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation. -Supervise site work, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance. -Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
-Strong understanding of construction methods and materials. -Proficient in project management tools and ERP (SAP preferred). -GCC experience (2+ years) is an advantage. -MMUP (UPDA) certification required. -5+ years total experience, including 3+ years in a similar role. -Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
