Coordinate logistics, materials, and tracking for field leadership training across sites.

Tasks

-Support Training Champions with weekly emails, reminders, resources, and facilitator tips. -Maintain attendance records, feedback forms, and reporting dashboards aligned with KPIs. -Organize and update shared drives, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). -Finalize training schedules in collaboration with Onsite Admins and Project Leadership. -Help track issues and communicate logistics updates to relevant stakeholders. -Prepare and organize session materials (manuals, worksheets, activity kits, digital decks). -Assist in gathering feedback and documenting lessons learned for future improvement cycles. -Provide onsite support for training launch, program transitions, and final events.

What You Bring

-2+ years of experience in training administration, event coordination, or program support -Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through -Bachelor’s degree preferred -Comfortable working in field-based, fast-paced environments and traveling as needed -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools
