Tasks

-Develops and maintains written and graphic promotional material -Creates engaging content for social media platforms and manages the content calendar -Utilizes templates to ensure consistency and best practice -Ensures proposals are compliant -Conducts kick-off meetings with bid team members -Contributes to the upkeep of the proposal database -Whileperformingthedutiesofthisjob,theemployeewill sit; stand;walk; type on a keyboard and use a computer mouse; reach or reach above shoulder; handle tools; bend or stoop; climb stairs; talk; and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies up to 20 pounds. -Creates/assists in the development of graphic/visuals -Develops presentations and supporting materials for proposal interviews, to include interview prep, Q&A with bid team, situation practices, and providing feedback -Assembles and populates proposals (based on solicitation requirements and answers from Q&A meetings) -Collaborates throughout the proposal process including the coordination of project-specific information, development of content, and meeting all essential guidelines and target dates -Prints, assembles, and readies proposals for overnight delivery, hand delivery, and/or electronic submission -Creates precise, well-written narratives for non-technical proposal inquiries -Prepares and manages the development and execution of responses to Sources Sought, Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), and presentations -Reviews and interprets solicitation documents -Enlists subject matter experts for project specific technical narratives

-Works exceptionally well in a team and promotes a professional environment -Exhibits outstanding organizational skills and accurately populates all project-specific information in the database -Strong interpersonal skills; ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships with individuals internal and external to the company and from various backgrounds -Must demonstrate professionalism and tact in all interactions -Excellent communication skills (oral and written); must be able to effectively relay information to various audience groups; must be able to prepare professional written communications (emails, documents, etc.) -Must be able to work under pressure during periods of high demand and work outside of normal working hours when necessary. -Flexible to work outside of normal business hours, as required -Ability to function effectively as part of a team -Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to balance workload, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines with a positive attitude -Experience writing proposals or prior involvement in the proposal process -Proofreads, edits, and formats proposals -Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or related field -Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and quality-driven -Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite(In-Design, Illustrator) -Excellent computer skills; must be a proficient user of Microsoft office programs. -Previous experience managing social media -Maintains excellent communication skills throughout the entire proposal process -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Salesforce -Must be able to work independently and effectively manage own schedule with limited oversight
