Tasks

-Organize and schedule department meetings -Maintain documents related to repairs, utilities, permits, maintenance or other related items -Works closely with the finance department -Assigns the correct general ledger account codes to financial transactions to ensure all payments are recorded in the appropriate revenue accounts, cost centers or other financial categories within the company accounting system -Coordinate and communicate with contractors to provide timely updates on project progress and changes -Identify and implement systems to streamline and gain efficiency in work processes -Review, prioritize and respond to facility requests for building maintenance, service and repairs -Manages incoming payments, generating invoices, tracking overdue accounts, reconciling discrepancies -Presentation preparation and delivery
