Support THD planning activities, ensuring plans are in place for top stakeholders and decision-makers both internally and externally.
Assist in fostering strong customer relationships with THD leadership and partners, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings and inventory meet THD demands; help identify trends, marketing intelligence, and new product opportunities by fostering communication with these teams.
This role will be responsible for the day to day management of the THD faucet category which is approximately $45M
Assist in implementing and managing retail sales management systems and processes to measure all aspects of business including but not limited to sales, margin, profitability, and other key performance metrics.
