Tasks

-Manage and complete RFI templates (minimal bid writing involved). -Compile and present bid documentation to clients. -Prepare detailed estimates using in-house first-principle estimating tools with built-in production rates. -Support tender close-out, including Risk & Opportunity assessments and management reviews. -Develop construction methodologies where required. -Create tender programs using MS Project.

What You Bring

-Proven experience as an Estimator within civil, water, or infrastructure projects. -Strong skills in first-principles estimating and Excel-based estimating tools. -Tertiary degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline. -Experience in preparing tender programs (MS Project preferred). -Ability to work across mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines. -Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
