Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining, Civil), Business, or equivalent experience
Have a minimum 1-year of supervisory experience in a mining environment
Have the ability to work flexible schedule as required; including nights and weekends
Have 2+ years' experience in aggregate operations with understanding of mineral processing equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated mobile equipment
Possess excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; strong planning skills
Have experience with pit design/exploration, drilling, blasting, inventory control, inventory measures and customer service preferred
Practical application of working knowledge and understanding of MSHA regulations and possessing a strong personal commitment to safety
Are Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
