  • Lead the commissioning process by coordinating stage gates, timelines, and execution sequencing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align construction progress with project milestones and operational goals.
  • Review and validate contractor method statements, manpower plans, and resource loading.
  • Oversee on-site MEP activities, including planning, daily reporting, and managing contractor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local safety regulations (e.g., DOSH, BOMBA) and intervene in EHS issues when necessary.

  • Deep technical knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and BMS.
  • 10–12 years of MEP project management experience in data centers or mission-critical environments.
  • Proven experience with testing, commissioning, and contractor coordination.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills with a proactive, fast-paced mindset.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and comprehension) to coordinate effectively with Mandarin-speaking teams.
