Tasks

The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy as it transitions toward an IPP model, focusing on asset ownership, project finance, and capital formation. This role offers the opportunity to help define the financial architecture and organizational growth of a leading clean energy platform backed by a strong parent organization. -Lead the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, and investor relations. -Oversee project-level and corporate financing (debt, equity, and tax equity). -Drive P&L oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. -Manage and grow the finance organization, including accounting, FP&A, and asset management functions. -Partner with the CEO and executive team to evolve the business model toward IPP ownership. -Support M&A, asset disposition, and valuation initiatives. -Maintain strong financial governance, compliance, and performance metrics.

What You Bring

-Background in renewable energy development, EPC, or IPP strongly preferred. -Proven experience in project finance, asset financing, or M&A. -10+ years of progressive financial leadership, including 5+ years in a project-based or capital-intensive industry (renewables, infrastructure, or construction). -Demonstrated success building and leading finance teams in a growth-stage environment. -Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
