Tasks

Project Coordination: Assist in planning and managing business projects, helping to ensure timelines are met. Operational Support: Work closely with Directors and staff to support day-to-day operations and provide administrative assistance where required. Communication: Act as a liaison between Directors, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and efficient communication across all channels. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations within a dynamic environment. Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, prepare reports, documents, presentations, and support key business activities. As Personal Assistant, you will provide high level administrative, organisational, and logistical support the Directors. Your role will involve managing diaries, coordinating projects, preparing reports and acting as a key point of contact within the business. Schedule Management: Coordinate busy diaries, arrange internal and external meetings and ensure time is optimised effectively.

Benefits

Offering £28,000-£35,000 basic salary, scope for development within a growing business, a supportive and people focused culture and bonus.
