Control Process Operator Weekend Shift

Overview

Operate break presses, plasma table, drill press, cranes, and forklifts on weekend shift.

Tasks

-Troubleshoot equipment and make basic adjustments -Operate any or all of the following machines: -Make general decisions as to quality, tolerances, and operation sequence -Form and or cut materials into predesignated shapes and sizes -Follow all safety rules and practices -Operate overhead cranes to move materials safely

What You Bring

-Kinetic (Drill Press) -The ability to stand throughout the day, and climb on/off equipment, and lift materials in excess of 50 pounds regularly -Experience operating forklifts -Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a 20’ or larger break press, Plasma Table, or Drill Press, preferably breaking and/or cutting steel up to 2” thick -Working knowledge/experience with angle grinders/metal manufacturing/fabrication -A high level of dependability, a great attitude, and an ability to work well with a team towards achieving a common goal -Experience operating overhead cranes -Ability to proficiently read blueprints and verify dimensional requirements -The ability to maintain reliable and predictable good attendance
